Ralitsa Dimitrova is a practitioner with interest in holistic health. Ralitsa’s nursing background gives her a good understanding of illness from a Western perspective and she is passionate about Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Believing that, as a therapy Chinese Medicine can deliver profound results by working alongside western medicine, as well as a standalone treatment, Ralitsa aims to provide a relaxing and supportive environment and looks at achievable changes in the condition also suggesting diet and lifestyle changes.
While doing her economics degree Ralitsa has started a summer job in a big balneology centre in Bulgaria, which became a turning point in her career. She holds an extensive experience in UK, Switzerland and Eastern Europe, both within the spa environment and independently covering positions from therapist to spa pre-opening project. She has worked with VIP and international celebrity clients and devoted hours to ongoing personal and professional development via workshops, formal and informal training courses and memberships in industry associations.
Ralitsa has graduated from the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) in East Grinstead and received BSc Honours degree in Acupuncture from University of Greenwich. She is a member of British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and have interest in:
When she is not working Ralitsa enjoys knitting, reading, travelling, long walks and socialising with friends. She has interests in eastern philosophy, digital media, anthropology and recently in the research related to the connection between meditation and neuroplasticity.
